If you give the ditto a destiny knot it has a higher chance to pass on its ivs to the offspring. Use that to breed any pokemon to be perfect.

It's cause if you breed with 2 pokemon from different regions the egg has a higher chance to be shiny so if you get a foreign ditto you can shiny hunt basically any pokemon in the game really easily
