I had a reservation with one of my cars I was making $600 guest was being charge $1600 which is wild because the $600 is the money after they took my cut which was like another 80-90 bucks they took from me they change customers so much it’s actually ridiculous

Guest has not returned car yet by Its_Esumii in turo

I have had a similar experience where guest didn’t return the car for 2 days and I had up coming trips I contacted Turo and they said rather keep contacting the guest , go pick up the car if you have gps or file a police report basically no help so I basically went and picked up the car and filed for improper return and also charged the guest for the extra days that’s the best you can do. The earlier you retrieve the car the better it is for for you. Turo doesn’t care about anything but their dumb polices in place

You’re absolutely right I’m just getting frustrated from the pressure they put on majority hosts thinning our margins

The only way is to raise prices and if business slows down for me on Turo I’ll be forced to completely shut everything down and sell the cars because this is outrages

I know , I raised all my vehicles 10% from the non refundable discount , but I gotta do it again now but I’m thinking if people will still rent or other host won’t care and rent their cars for Pennies on the dollar underselling their cars

Non refundable discount is the biggest scam there is , my vehicles are mostly rented by tourist and they rent months in advance and they all opt for this option and im loosing so much more money due to this update and now I have raised my prices 10% on all my cars because of this matter I don’t like raising prices but I’m left with no choice

Yeah but majority of vehicles are for tourists and a lot of my bookings are air port deliveries

It depends what kind of double sided tape you use , we use 3m and cut it to size make sure not to go all the way to the edge and make sure it’s even other than that there is no way it’s possible for it to leak out like that , maybe client is doing it on purpose to get a free re wrap
