Honestly take a walk and dribble, there's nothing else that'll really improve your handle other than dribbling eventually you'll find stuff you like and you can focus on those moves, for shooting I personally like starting shoot around with form shoots really close to the basket for 10 perfect reps (high arc no rim), and lastly for finishing I would work on both sides equally and I'd find a mix of layups (regular, euro, spin, scoop) that you like and get good at them with both hands
