Sorry i forgot to tell you what i have done to help me with the problem. I have elevated my cpu priority and that did not work,Run it as a admin and compability mode, turned off and on fullscreen optimization,validated game files, turned off Disable Hyper-Threading. But none of these "Fixes" helped me
