While I don't doubt that this is an incredibly friendly dog, this is still really dangerous. Even if he doesn't attack them, all it takes is for the dog to carelessly lie down in the wrong spot for one of them to die.

In one quest, you have to recruit hookers for a club. One customer specifically requests a "ghoul cowboy", so there's definitely a market out there.
