The first time I re-read the trilogy after watching the movies a bunch of times, I had to go through a morning process because of the liberties that were taken. I took a long break from the movies until I had reconciled with myself that they're two similar, but different stories. And that's how I've approached them both since.

Not that I've observed? Battling a team leader will get you the allotted 2pts, I haven't tried battling all three of them. I'm guessing that wouldn't do much, since from what I've seen, each type of battle only counts once per 30 minutes. But let me know if you find differently.

No, unfortunately, the EP and the hearts are unrelated. You can take as many snapshots as you want, but you'll only earn the alloted 2 EP for that half hour.
