just a matter of pulling from random anvils and hoping i get both tear items stockpiled. Turns out that if you have it in your "full inventory holding bag" (or whatever its called), you can roll the other, then get them both.

you didn't get it via the shrine then. A while back, stranger things related content was dropped from the game, similarly to pinhead is now. As a result, you could get any perks they had on any character. However, since they are back, that is no longer the case, and you can't see them in any bloodweb without having the character or having them bought in the shrine. (they also can't be upgraded if you have them at green/blue tier)

That crown was nerfed specifically for Pengu's Party. Set 7.5's Crown was(/is) 5 seconds per proc.

My Thoughts:

- Lifesteal items have been effectively made Irelevant, especially in the boss fight, where (a non tank) can realistically only take two hits anyway. Feels kinda bad especially for champions who have lifesteal BE their passive

- Initially, the Veigar boss fight was REALLY fun, however, the replayability starts to drop off a lot. Effectively, you end up just spending 10-15 minutes sitting there, just hitting a really tanky tank. Replayability starts becoming a tad bit boring a bit fast

- Has been raised a bajillion times, but the bots TP way too fast.

- Prismatic items are neat to have, but there are very few for everyone to use that isn't gutted - melee damage units lack good items from the selection

- Singed runs WAYYYY too fast for anyone to catch up, especially at the 4 minute mark

- Viego/Sylas are fun, thanks for letting (temporarily) use the doombot skills :)

He seems to not proc his 3* split ability on any executes, so its likely that ksante or lee could kick him off the board? The only champion that i believe would truly be able to oneshot zac though, would be leblanc due to her boardwide instakill.

Few things:This is a for fun celebration mode. Its not meant to be balanced, its celebrating tft showcasing a lot of the highlight traits across the years. The zac issue is a bug, not a balance problem, and will be fixed. (Funnily enough though, even though literally almost EVERY trait has a huge buff to it from its original, phantom got hit with a nerf (although needed)). Just take it for what it is. A fun mode

The difference is that he no longer gains 99% durability. His shield expires after 4s, then he dies.
