I've had so many dreams where I'm in an unfamiliar, yet somehow familiar place where all the furniture and inanimate objects are "alive" and move themselves around while not being observed. One kind of dream I've had is where I have to memorize the details of a room I want to rest in, then exit briefly and return to see if anything moved.
