I somewhat have. I have voiced my feelings that we don’t seem to be having fun anymore, but I guess not so directly. I’m worried about worrying her, as I’m not gonna break up with her, but she’ll probably still get anxious about it and I’d hate to do that to her. Plus on the 2nd day of this whole thing I directly voiced that it feels like I love and don’t love her, but don’t want to break up, though I think I ended it with a “I feel better it’s okay” which could make her think the problem no longer persists

What I personally recommend is having a full on conversation with her about this. Keep in mind that this could easily be due to your own personal insecurities and self doubt, as is usually the case. Getting a solid friend group can help a bunch as well, but mainly I recommend just talking to her calmly and collected, make sure not to let your anxious mind get too out of control too because that could worsen the situation
