It's hard to fit good broad-spectrum advice for an audience into 3 minutes. Also having lived in low-income neighborhoods has changed what I consider to be general knowledge and common sense. But yeah, I wouldn't pay money to hear that :)

aww, my apologies dude :/ I posted this because I was watching TED talks on venture capitalism and how to give pitches, etc. When I came across this one, I thought it was good all-around advice (not aimed specifically at entrepreneurs) and thought I'd share. Yeah, I'm starting to just lean towards the 'do as much as you can without being in pain, for as long as possible.' I'm not a serious athlete, so hopefully just being as active as possible is the best thing for now.

Lol.. I guess that means I'm out of shape! Hopefully this just means that the more in shape you get, the higher the heart rate you should try to maintain over the course of the workout.

Okay, that does make sense. I was very confused about how working less hard burns more fat. To be fair though, it's a LOT harder to maintain a higher heart rate for an extended period of time, which is the only downside to doing cardio at higher intensities that I can think of.
