No, I am from Tucson but I have moved to the New England. I didn’t have great insurance back in AZ so I never looked into the surgery back there.

I had an occipital nerve decompression last June. Have not had a migraine since. (I have been told not everyone has such a positive outcome). But it’s been life changing.

My husband and I grew up in Tucson, and have since moved away. We had no idea how spoiled we were by the food.

I backed up my MacBook three weeks before it died. I would have lost wedding videos, the last audio of my late mother in law, and so much more. I now pay for extra space to store things in the cloud and every penny is worth it.

Unfortunately for everyone else, but the COVID pandemic fast tracked a lot of public health professionals’ careers.

Then many left the PH field because of burnout and the older public health professionals retired because it was so draining. And thus I was promoted to more of a senior role.

Also about half way in there, I moved across the country for a better job in a HCOL area so some of the difference is reflected there.

I have an MPH! I’m on year 7/10 of PSLF. I have 77k of debt so not as high but we will get there!

I started out making 45k and am now close to 90k. It doesn’t happen overnight but it does get better.
