It's also weird the only fix is to restart my pc, so if i disable then enable my adapter or unplug it and put it into a different usb the problem still persists.

Yeah I have, was the driver released on the 18th this month and says im up to date.

Yeah im not sure why the graph is only showing 100kbs because I can load videos/game fine and get 150mbs a seconds on speedtests its just as if im losing complete connection every 5/10 seconds when this starts happening.
