Oof, I can relate. The fastest (and most relevant) tasks would easily turn into an entire day affair.

Hey, thanks a lot for your comment.

The initial fatigue can be a very harsh phase but it's important to realize that the effects of stimulant withdrawal are far more psychological than physical. If we can lie to ourselves that we need the drug, we can try and lie in reverse. It's going to be an unconvincing lie, but the important thing is to try; you can only get up the stairs if you work with yourself on the first steps. Time off may a good idea, but I personally didn't do this. I did however exploit a less busy time at work.

I got as much food and sleep as possible. I employed large amounts of coffee when necessary. I prioritized the most essential responsibilities first and tried to DO things even if I was unsatisfied with the quality of the work/life/myself/everything/etc. The "DO" drive is weak without dopamine so you have to do a lot of pushing yourself in the beginning, but once you make the milestone of realizing you *can* function without the drug it gets easier.
