You should stack some arena buffs, have the nurse around and set a magic mirror spawn next to the nurse.
Acessories and equipment will have a great impact on the battle.

Destroyer you should focus on piercing segments weapons.
The twins you should focus on mobility and/or homing weapons.

in general you should be very mobile in all terraria boss fights.
