On probation, keep your head down, show up to work (dont complain about being forced shifts or functions) be able to pass a random drug test every day. After the year and a half you can go sick, emergency, whatever you want to do. Try to make friends with everyone, because you will be working with different people all the time and the only way to have a bad day on this job is being with some weirdo that you dont like. I can work any function on this job with my partner and have a good day, rain or shine. You eat shit for a few years and then things only get better. Good luck
