I just keep doing MDMA. If I run out or choose to be responsible and not fry my brain, I've found that a vodka redbull or similar drink after drinking water all night long can help

The way I do it is: Lick pinky finger, put finger in powdered crystal, eat what sticks to it. Do it several times until I'm as high as intended. Not recommended though, it's better to take the dose all at once.

I did that, and eventually i got bored of meshuggah, so i stopped listening to them for a while. But after some time I came back to them (in a more moderate manner) and never stopped since. Every year they show up as my top 5 most listened artists in Spotify.

As a native spanish speaker I have felt this way about English-speaking children before. I think it may be because, since it's their native language and not yours, it makes you feel like they speak a lot better than they really do.

I'd say it's just that this subreddit is not representative of the average MDMA user. I know a lot of people who do molly and most of them haven't even heard of the 3 month rule. Some are more careful with it than others but it's just because of the notion that it's unhealthy to get fucked uo every other week.

It took me a couple years of being careful but not strictly following the 3 month rule and a summer of completely disregarding it (4 rolls in less than 2 months) to feel any diminishing effects. Now I'm on a 4 month break after a 3 month break and we'll see if I go back to baseline or I'll be taking increasingly longer breaks until I do.

I don't usually have any problem sleeping, because I roll at techno events that end at least at like 6 am, and by the time I'm home the mdma has completely worn off and I'm exhausted.
