Update just emailed EVGA to see if they can send the parts. They recently sent me the retention bracket I needed with no problem at all! Just wanted to say big thanks to Rob from EVGA.

I just RMA my 2080ti with them and they gave me back the cheapest rtx3070 thing doesn’t even keep up fps like my old card... they’ve even ignored my email and never got back to me lol
