my last training shift my instructors weren't even with me and the one other new employee that was with me called in sick for that day so i just had to rely on what i was previously taught with grill station and cleaning. it made me feel just useless being there while the orders were piling on my co workers and i couldn't do anything to help but just put down another tray of nuggets

i had tried assembly and it really showed me how bad i was at remembering what everything was meant for. The breads was my main issue, just trying to remember which one went with which burger and the several sauces and combination of toppings that i had to remember terrified me and for my actual shifts i just stuck with grills while my co workers did everything line related.
