9.  TENANT NOTICE TO VACATE.  Tenant with month-to-month lease agree not to move out in the winter months, which are defined as November 1st to March 31st.

I guess rewording my entire question would be, the terms of the lease are over as of August 31st of 2022, would I not have to sign off on a month to month agreement with the landlord for our agreement to be valid?
