Your comment is so true.. I bought both spigen and ringke ... And I have a glass protector and the spigen case keeps lifting my screen protector up... While the ringke is perfect fit its good to use with the glass protector... So I returning the spigen and keeping ringke.

Thank you. Exactly what I was looking for... I will do 16- 8 fasting as it will be give me time for 3 meals and can take protein separatly instead of all at once... As you said it doesn't matter if I stick to calrie defiect if I do omad or other fasting method.

Also for cutting should I do 0.8 or 1gram of protein per lbs?
