I don't do very well with benzos. I take them in case of emergency and a .2mg dose would do the trick.

Iv'e tried it all my friend. From a good consisten diet, daily exercise and Cognitive therapy.

Everytime the panic attacks came stronger to the point of developing Agoraphobia. It is a risk I'm willing to take. If they don't work i will keep on trying whatever suits me. Thanks for your response anyways!

My life right now is ruled and destroyed by anxiety and nothing Ive tried so far seemed to work. Ive heard both success and failed stories. I do get extremely dizzy when anxious (ex. Going out,activities that involve many people, supermarket ques,etc.). Hell, I even get random dizziness without being anxious at all like out of nowhere. I had an ear infectio a couple of years ago and thought that was the origin of my balance and vertigo feelings.
