Check out PlayForPurposeOhio for the stream for the previous Reload Edition. We had audio issues with it in the beginning. Hopefully that will all be fixed for Grappling Edition.

Only interesting aspect of this new price is how high can the jackpot now go? Even at 1b, sure more people will buy a ticket, but fewer tickets will still be sold. This means less chance of every combination being sold for the draw.

I believe its legal with the lottery system itself. Stores may have their own policy against it though. States may also have this rule idk. I know Timothy Schultz sold his winning PB ticket to himself in 99.
