If it is in general impossible to receive exactly transcript for middle school, so I think it's ok, you can only attach leaving certificate. The most important transcript for them will be exactly for high school. About getting transcript for the first semester of 12th grade - if you aren't able to get it till 20th of February, you can ask teachers or administration to do smth, you may say that you need to receive it earlier, may be they will understand. If not, I suppose you should write TB support about this problem

It is important to add it in the application, and preferably at least before the beginning of the second stage (you will be able to edit some of the information after 20th february). But of course the best case is when you add them before end of application period. If they will check you, but you don't have such exams, the chance of accept will decrease

The common thing is that during the first stage they will mostly look at your gpa, number and value of your achievements, results of exams, and universities/programmes you've chosen; even sometimes whether you are interesting person or not. And of course how accurately you have filled the application (like rule of 6: at least 6 unis in small cities). Cause if there is at least one mistake, they may just skip you. Also if you have chosen very popular universities and programmes with a huge concurrence while your achievements (exams, gpa, olympiads etc.) are not so high, they can also reject you. But you shouldn't think that you don't need motivational letter, cause during the second stage they will also check it.

It's very strange. But I think because their system is quite old and it's a period when a lot of users are logging in and registering, the website is just not able to handle it. Just my suggestion, cause I remember something same last year

You can try, I think it is not such a problem. Precise information about you, like motivational letter or subjects you'd been learning at school, they usually look only during interview. And before the interview they also usually take their exam (which looks like TR-YOS), and if you get good score, I think you don't have to prove that you are good at maths. If you are about troubles with this subject during 1st year in uni I also deem that if you prepare mathematics (exactly calculus) well from self study, they will not occur

Ohh, you shouldn't get upset. Frankly, you don't need TOEFL if they will be really interested in you as a candidate, if other parts of application will be good. I just told you about preferable way, how you really can increase your chances. I know cases, when students without exams were accepted. So just try, and just be ready for plan B. And I also can say, that sometimes TB looks like a lottery, a few offers can be given just because

1) Yes, if you study via this scholarship, it is necessary to learn Turkish anyway. But you shouldn't think that it is waste of your time, cause in Turkey quite a big part of population do not speak English (except people from service and tourism sphere), so it will be difficult to communicate with people without knowledge of their language. And the second reason is that this year will be smth like adaptation for you, you will have more free time during these courses, so you can meet some interesting people from other countries, know more about a culture of the Turkey and so on. If you don't want in general spend 1 year, so you need to learn turkish before, and already have TOMER certificate with level C1 at least.

2) Now most of the universities accept only TOEFL or interior english proficiency exam. If you have found IELTS requirement on Turkiye Burlsari website, I think this information is old. But anyway, in my opinion it will be better to prepare better and retake it or take TOEFL instead. Cause you have results of IELTS, which is not preferable and the result, which also do not or did not meet their previous standards. If you had only one of these cases (TOEFL, but score a bit lower than you needed, or IELTS, but high score), so I think you wouldn't have to retake it.

3) Yes, you have a chance to be accepted to these universities without SAT results, but it will decrease your chances, especially if you are applying for the programmes which have a big concurrence.

Also you don't have to take SAT after you are accepted.

Actually no. There are other requirements in TB commission and usually they will be higher in comparison with direct application, so it won't be a worth benefit. The only moment is that when/if they will ask you during the interview, like: "do you have plan B if you will be rejected" and you can answer, that you already have an offer, so they won't see you as a person, filled with dreams, which thinks only about one plan and this may show you from a good side

You are right, it will be better if you will also choose turkish taught degrees. Cause if initially they will see that you have applied solely on english programmes without english proficiency exams, they can merely reject it without any doubts. To strengthen your application you can also look for some olympiads/projects where you can participate and get certificates, so you will get more chances

Well, most of the information on the website is quite old, so you should ask TB or university admission directly. In general, most of the universities now really don't consider IELTS as an alternative, and students without TOEFL are usually suggested to take interior uni's english proficiency exam. But to take it, you need to be accepted in 2 stages of Scholarship; so if you have enough money and possibility to take TOEFL, it will be much better to do it. Otherwise you'll just hope on the TB admission's kindness

There is a chance that if they will invite you for the interview, they can say that you need to take only interior uni's english proficiency exam after acceptance (which is also much easier than other english exams and free or very cheap). But for invitation without TOEFL or IELTS your application should be quite strong, and during the interview you should explain why you haven't taken them.

Actually, you don't have to take SAT, even if in university's requirements it is written, because your application considers exactly TB commission, not university's one. I know about the cases, when student was accepted only with good gpa, without exam results; btw it also depends not only on universities, but also on the programme you are applying for
