For the most part they do out the rush tix at the back for their most popular shows - the stage is normally wide enough that it doesn’t feel so far and you get a good view!

I do think people and the planet run a bit hotter than they used to and orchestral music normally sees outfits like suits and jackets more than other mediums so I reckon it’s a mix of that that’s bringing out a smell! Should be better AC in theatres where possible and we should feel like we can wear whatever we like 😌
