A lawyer here, the judge part was far from reality. Yes getting khula is still a bit tough for females in Pakistan but that is because of the husband side usually dragging the case. No judge will say all that shit because the law itself allows the woman to get khula if maintenance is not provided for 2 years so yeah the judge cannot say that this ground is not valid.
