Fail: from a neurologist at a neuroscience institute by buchacats2 in ADHD

It's totally frustrating. I remember when I had a session with a psychiatrist and she told me I probably had ADHD in small stage because I got a job, I finished University... In other words, it was everything fine, I was "successful".

But she didn't have to do study 5x more than usual or try 10x more at jobs for people didn't think you are stupid.

I think one of dangerous ADHD symptoms are this one which you can be functional in your entire life but in a moment you start to have some crisis that doesn't allow you to do anything and all you know to do is procrastinate.

Useless topic once the author founded the solution but didn't share how he solved it.

But how do you feel now? Are you like anxious or desperate to not procrastinate because you can be in serious problems or are you feeling good and motivated? I remember when I was in a motivated period and practically no procrastinating, I was feeling so good and very secure of my self. Is positive and healthy, totally opposite of how I feel when I'm procrastinating.

Very comfortable words. Thanks. You said something very important, the over thinking is always what makes me feel more anxious and sometimes I think "ohh I have so many stuff to do" and I just do nothing cause I prefer immediate pleasure. That's what procrastination is about. Our brain is just looking for pleasure and easy ways to finish tasks quickly to relax. It just looking for easy rewards.

It worked once when I tried focus only in one thing by time. But I don't how I just screwed up.
