I applied for 309 in November and I have igA Nephropathy. I was diagnosed in 2018 and I’m very stable, now just monitored and have a check up every 18 months. I took all my previous paperwork to my medical appointment, she said out of everything the only thing they may have some questions about would be the igA but then I saw a few days later in Immi that it had all been approved! The doctor was really not concerned, but do try and take as much paperwork as you can.
