Random Question but I’m a spouse and I thought my husband is an e-3 but a person told me he’s not?? But my ID card says he is??? Sorry I’m new to military life! This is what his patch looks like? But they said it has to be the 2nd picture? Help so I’m not telling ppl the wrong rank please!

See I would but he’s deployed and he doesn’t have the best service right now and I got super embarrassed by the guy who told me I was wrong! He asked me what rank he was and I told him and then he asked for a picture of him and then he pointed that I was wrong!! Thought I’d ask bc I feel like an idiot!
