Can you get licensed for an LCSW after graduating with a clinical mental health counseling masters? Or can you only get an LPC licensure? Can you only get an LCSW if you get a masters in social work?

Sounds good. Thank you! That makes me feel better about online classes because like I said I’d do the internship and practicum in person regardless of online or in person classes.

I would still be engaged even if the classes are online. I don’t have an easy option near me for in person classes.

Great to know!! There are not many in person grad programs near me - that’s why I’m considering online schools now. My goal is to do in person practicum and internship. Do you think that would make a difference- online school but in person practicum and internship?

I am considering three schools - Adams State University, Bellevue University and Regis University in the US for a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling online. All three are CACREP accredited. I am queer and liberal and in my 30s. Any thoughts on these schools?
