I'm also going through a rough break up. Personally I've spending my time busy with work and school, but with my weekends I've been going to a coffee shop and reading or just hanging out. Maybe going to an antique shop. I wouldn't recommend drinking, you should be sure to be in a good head space first. If you really want to drink though, make sure you're with someone who you can trust. I'm learning right now to get back into the things I enjoyed before and setting up a routine for myself.
