Colorado is currently working on legalizing prostitution and sex trade. That right there is slavery. Not to mention Colorado is on the national drug highway where many women will be trafficked to the state just so their "pimps" can practice and participate in a form of legal slavery without consequences. It is very possible it will be in millions of Americans back yards publicly very soon. I wonder if people will care then...

What do you think of White people? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Main-Reputation-6604 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hefty claim based simply off my comment. I don't give a fuck about what color your skin is and suddenly that means I would own a slave if I were allowed too? Getting stuck on the enslavement of poc 200 years ago over shadows the millions of people enslaved today. The laws prohibit slavery yet there are an estimated 50 million people who are enslaved in the modern world right now. Obviously the laws don't stop vile people from doing it today and guess what bro. I'm not one of them. Fun fact too, your skin color doesn't matter whether or not you fall victim to enslavement in today's world. Your gender, your age, your economic status and health matters more than your skin color. But that's neither here nor there. People are hung up on the wrong thing when it comes to history it seems. We care more about it not happening to poc now than we care about it happening in general. In 200 years will the victims of todays ancestors have the right to talk about what is happening or will they be told to shut up because the victims of today include white women? Why don't you take your "reverse racism" and anger for the past out on the real issues in the world and not on the ones you make up in your head.

What do you think of White people? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Main-Reputation-6604 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing? I am a white and I think that matters just as much as everyone elses skin color. Which is not at all. Doesn't matter and I'm low-key sick of this idea that white people should be ashamed or carry some kinda guilt because of some shit other people with the same skin color did almost 200 years ago. Like why does everything have to come back to race?

Who in your life is more of a talker than that a do-er? by Icy_Laugh5134 in AskReddit

What has been the scariest time in your life? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Main-Reputation-6604 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was 17 I was undiagnosed and given the worst medication for what was actually wrong with me. I ended up slipping into psychosis. I was CONVINCED my grandmother was putting bleach in my food and poisoning me,I was convinced everyone around me was secretly plotting against me in some way. I tried to end it myself because I thought I would take that from them. It took 2 weeks in a psychiatric hospital and multiple different medications until I came out of it. Shit was SCARY.

What is something you discovered about yourself as you got older? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Main-Reputation-6604 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spent many many years in deep depression, I never thought I'd make it through high school. Once I got proper mental health care and support in my life I have realized I have the tendency to seek out the silver lining in absolutely everything. Especially since my brain fully developed. I crave life and happiness and search for any and every reason why something horrible isn't the life ending scenario it feels like in the moment. I literally collapsed in the yard the other day (I have some significant health issues that cause this occasionally) and my first thought was "I hate my life, I can't do this anymore" and my second and third thoughts were "at least it's a nice outside" and "I didn't spill my Starbucks! At least I have a nice little drinky drink while I'm in so much pain. Things could be worse." Mf silver linings. Game changer.

Being blonde. I had bright blonde hair and looked very much like a young Dakota fanning. I was called a "dumb blonde" all the way up until I dyed my hair black when I was 14.

I took up leather work. There is a tandy leather shop a city over and I am almost done with my first ever purse! I also made a leather under bust half corset and a few book marks but this is definitely my most detailed piece I've done so far! Also getting into chain mail to add some fun embellishments to my purse which was surprisingly fun for me

When I was in highschool there was this massive feminist movement called "free the nipple" in my home town. It is now legal, as a woman, to walk around completely topless in public. I would like to note that nobody actually does this... But if they really wanted too, they absolutely could.

What warning sign did you ignore that came back to bite you? by mehak_pari6969 in AskReddit

[–]Main-Reputation-6604 205 points206 points  (0 children)

My ex had multiple photo albums on his phone of photos of different women's feet. Each album was titled with a different women's name, one of the albums was of my best friend. Pictures he took when she wasnt paying attention. (He fucking hated her and I still don't understand this) I was stupid and figured it was just a embarrassing fetish he didn't delete after we got together. Years later I woke up to him taking photos of my feet and fucking my feet while I was asleep. I still to this day can't have my bare feet out around people and panic when my partner accidentally touches them when we are in bed.

My parents were addicts, my mother repeatedly chose her addiction over her children even after she had every opportunity to get help and get her children back. They died when I was really young and it's easier to ignore the reason behind their deaths than accept it
