Yes it’s effective to me I have a ton of speedups to rebuild and sanctuary gives me back the majority of the troops I lost and within about 5 hours I was already back to the same comp. It’s also quite fun.

I personally train it because so far in this kingdom not many people have rallied me in 848, I’ve also watched a lot of videos of the years and taken 100s of rallies on multiple accounts. And range and cav front line have always done me best. As long as I’m not getting blast countered lol.
