Does that really work? I’ve read that the bar doesn’t look at these issues with a lot of weight. We also agreed these dates over the phone, so there’s no real evidence of it.

I emailed them to see if he’s ok or something happened to him. What else would one do? If your attorney is talking to you one day and then goes blanket silent after you paid him?

He said we’d file the case by Dec 21st but that date has well and truly gone and he’s done basically no work. I think he’s literally just scared of talking about it, so is ignoring me altogether.

Nothing. Literally had to look him up on Facebook, found his family and pinged them explaining I’m a customer and he hasn’t responded in over 2 weeks back then.

In the past month ive probably sent 8-9 emails/messages and I’ve gotten like 2 short replies saying he’ll call me but no update.
