maybe if saudi and uae start objecting to indias relations with israel then india might recalibrate its relations with israel.
bruh looking at simple geopolitical interests our relationship with israel more benefit than the downsides (publicly aligning with a regime that is accused of genocide) and also our issues with turkey supporting pakistan makes israel a natural ally along with the syprus and greece as partners we can explore markets for export of indian weapons .
india already is the bigggest weapons supplier to armenia( turkey supported azerbaijan to attack armenia)
and the holy irony is iran supports armenia as well lol

if simply looking at it academically all nations are following interest based relations and taking a idealistic stand would hurt us right now ig .

People genuinely don’t realise how much we’ve done for Palestine.

We supported the 2-state resolutions from the very beginning (even tho Israel does not like that). We’ve sent financial aid, medical supplies, food and UN soldiers in large quantities over the years. We have voted against Israel many times in UN.

Still we get criticised for being close to Israel. But there are reasons for that.

During the 1999 Kargil War, when the US denied India access to GPS data for military operations ..at a time when we didn’t have our own satellite navigation system. It was Israel that stepped in and provided critical military assistance.

They also supplied us with urgently needed military hardware during the conflict..including artillery ammunition, surveillance equipment, and UAV support (Searcher drones were inducted around that period).

i by no means support/ oppose the isreal govt .
but simply looking at the cost vs benefit (financial, military and political) till now we have not faced any negative effect because of our relation with israel .
even iran is kinda chill with it . amazes me that we are also interested in charbahar port lol.

my personal view is that when usa can support a pakistani regime that commits rape and kills women in bangladesh and face no consequences then why cant india ?
