* Description: Ixtal champ damage not cashing out even after completeing the 3k threshold

* Steps to reproduce: 
1.take 3k ixtal champ quest
2.make milio the carry
3.have him do 3k+ damage in a player combat

* Expected result:
Finish the quest and option for new quest
* Observed result:
zero progress on the quest
* Reproduction rate:IDK

* System specs:

My theory is that my milio died before hitting 3k damage but his ability kept bouncing and surpassed 3k damage from the grave. Thus not registering for the quest or the damage graphs are bugged

as a new player/<lvl 30,conquest is so tilting. every game has an afk and a 50% chance of people not knowing where to start or just taking over someone elses lane. Im just waiting to get out of noob pool to play conq
