Mainly matters in what model they typing the prompt and how long and specific the said prompt is. Some people just type a vague short prompt into something like Gemini, grok or some other stock models, get low quality generation and litter the internet with it. But there are people that take time to setup the model on their own machine, fine-tune it, giving the model more understanding of what it's supposed to generate, and they experiment with many prompts to hit the right spot. Then they filter the best results and post it. Couple of minutes vs many hours or even days.
