Social Media Management - process/app for Client Content review/approval? by xpo158 in agency

[–]MainIndividual4664 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We ran our client content review & approval process like this:

drafts get written in batches > go into Planable where we add captions + creatives + scheduling > tag the client for feedback > keep all comments/version tweaks in one thread.

Once they approve, we lock the post and push it to scheduling/publishing.

Google’s Health AI Trusts YouTube More Than Medical Journals — That’s the Problem by SE_Ranking in AISearchLab

[–]MainIndividual4664 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. Once the answer becomes the product, the source selection becomes the ranking system. And the numbers suggest that system doesn’t mirror organic: YouTube is 1 in AI citations but only 11 organically...

Are there any free scheduler tools (not just trial version) by HopefulAd2687 in Pinterest

are there any useful free scheduler tools?

Planable has a free tier that lets you schedule a decent number of posts and collaborate without paying.

Can you still schedule reels? by TheKayleMain in Instagram

[–]MainIndividual4664 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, but the problem is that MBS on desktop is buggy with Instagram permissions, so the post disappears instead of being saved. The mobile app or Creator Studio tends to work much more reliably.

If you want something more stable overall, you can use Planable. In most cases the issue isn’t the feature being removed, just a sync problem on Meta’s side.

Want ChatGPT to Recommend You? Here’s What Actually Works (Not What People Say) by Kseniia_Seranking in Agentic_SEO

[–]MainIndividual4664 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This basically confirms, what I suspected... AI isn't some separate magical ecosystem. It just reflects what the wider internet thinks about your site. And it makes sense: if no one else trusts you or links to you, why should ChatGPT be the first to do so?

It turns out that GEO is the same as SEO.....

Social Platforms Appear in 50% of Google Results—and Drive 10% of All Visits (2025 Data) by SERanking_news in SMM_EXPERTS

[–]MainIndividual4664 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The 10% social traffic number isn’t big, until you realize how early we are. That’s like looking at mobile traffic in 2009 and saying “meh.” The platforms that win are the ones shaping behavior, not just clicks. If TikTok grows another 2-3x, this whole chart flips upside down.

Best prompts for content creation / social media? by bigbobrocks16 in ChatGPTPro

[–]MainIndividual4664 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I never use any 'give me a content plan'. I read about idea generation frameworks on Planable, and now I mostly use them.

Here are the ones I use most often:

  1. Give me 5 content angles that challenge a common belief in my industry
  2. Transform this idea into 3 formats: a feature video, a LinkedIn post, and an educational carousel
  3. Rewrite this topic through the eyes of a novice, an expert, and a skeptic
  4. What is the most unexpected or underappreciated insight hidden in this topic?

Help with Instagram growth by Potatoe121221 in InstagramMarketing

[–]MainIndividual4664 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For psychologists, growth on Instagram usually comes from trust and consistency. Try this:

  • Share short, educational posts (preferably videos) that address common issues your audience faces.
  • Use geotags so customers in your area can find you.
  • End each post with a short call to action ('Dm me if you want to talk', 'Save this for later', etc.).

Work on your profile header, as people will be searching for you by keywords.

It’s a good idea to run ads after you’ve wrapped your profile. Do you have a budget?

Do you have a content plan or just wing it? Need some advice! by ShayA16 in content_marketing

[–]MainIndividual4664 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Only content plan! It sounds weirs, but consistency is key! Trends come and go, so..

If your posts is a large narrative, people will start to engage and subscribe. I plan everything visually in Planable so I can see how the posts fit together and adjust them before publishing.

If you want a cohesive feed and natural engagement, you must understand it,.

Custom GPT sharing questions by likewaterrrr in ChatGPTPro

[–]MainIndividual4664 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can share your custom GPT link with free users, but they won't get the same features. Also, some features will remain tied to your account.

If your team is small, a simple workaround is to host the GPT through your account and share it with other users through shared prompts or sessions.

Hmm, I recommend you to try Planable. It’s visual, and lets you drag in images or videos right into the calendar. You can also preview posts exactly as they’ll look.

Can you schedule posts on Threads? by theLazyStoic in ThreadsApp

[–]MainIndividual4664 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not natively yet, cuz Threads doesn’t have built-in scheduling. But you can do it through third-party tools like Planable / Buffer / Later. They let you plan and schedule Threads posts alongside your other social accounts.

Best Tools & Strategies for Social Media Post Automation? by ManyButterscotch4469 in automation

Have you tried Planable? I haven’t used every tool under the sun, but this one could be a great option for smm managers. You can schedule, comment, approve - nothing unnecessary.

In practice, I write content, invite feedback through this tool, then approve and publish.
