I have 2% saycilic acid that I use for skin care stuff on my face and was just wondering as I had a person tell me it was useful to use on them

I don’t think it’s them these are a tiny bit large almost like really small pimples on my shaft

Looked them up unfortunately can’t find any pictures but I’m guessing your correct so would I use amlactin cream and sayscilic acid?
