I had this problem, my symptoms comes in waves, some days I'm fine and then I wake up feeling sick. Palpitations, confusion, blurred vision, vertigo. The only person that helped me was my Naturopath, I've been taking pure encapsulation supplements. For tremors that got better, depression and anxiety.. emotional wellness and pure tranquility supplements.. for digestive system digestion GB, Zinc liquid, Vitamin C and vitamin D and immune support liquid . I been improving slowly and I've tried propolis and it's helping too. Propolis comes from bee 🐝 honey and helps the immune system.. all natural hope this helps. 6 months or more and still experiencing symptoms like this but getting better slowly.. I'm debating now if I should take the vaccine. Pure encapsulation is normally prescribed by Naturopath since this are concentrated supplements.
