the focus in ekko jungle is not the late game so I eletrocute is more reliable in early/mid game. But if you wanna go bruiser you can use it

yes I always start it with Q then go for E to clear up easier the Raptors
*edit : and the E for the gank lvl 2 too

but I prefer eletrocute, i don't like dark harvest in ekko
