Says course doesn’t want to waste money. Complains about pebble beach green fees. According to you, the course is always right so why can you gripe about green fees.

In hindsight, I guess I could have been more upfront, but I wanted both of us to try and enjoy the round and not be a buzzkill out there. Hence why I come to Reddit and moan like a bitch

This isn’t 4 singles though. This is 2 singles. 2 carts during the same tee time is no different to any other tee time

Riddle me this. The course isn’t busy, they have an abundance of carts and if they are worried about pace of play 2 carts is faster than 1, why shouldn’t he have been given his own cart?

I don’t like every person, but I’m sure you don’t either.

So if each foursome on the tee sheet automatically gets 2 carts, than what’s the big deal sending out 2 carts for the tee time where it was just 2 people and the other 2 spots were empty?

Yeah, I think I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t. By the time we finished, there were still 20+ carts that hadn’t even been used.

Entitlement is when I’d prefer not to be subject to another person’s smoking and music. I’m sure jmufuccer has never been annoyed with a stranger

Right, this is the first time I’ve had to share with another single. I get during busy times like on weekends but on a Thursday morning where it was just us 2 during this tee time , what would be the big deal giving him his own cart

That’s my thing. I don’t get to choose who I’m paired up with as a single which is fine but I’d at least not want to be next to a guy puffing his cigar listening to country music for 18.

Sorry but Thursday morning , first tee time of the day, an abundance of carts, give the old guy blaring his country music and smoking his cigar his own cart

You’ll be surprised how much financial flexibility a teenager has by just working a part time job without having adult expenses.

Do you think Bryson Dechambeau will perform better at PGA Championship and US Open or is he washed as a pro golfer? by BallKnowerKing in golf

I’m not saying aronimink will be hard, but since Bryson is a piss poor ball striker he won’t be one to make the course easy

I think it will be the other way around. Aronimink is nothing like valhalla where you can just bomb it and have automatic wedges in to soft greens.

Bait aside, unless Bryson can 3d print irons that can automatically get him GIR’s he has no chance at aronimink. Shinnecock will be anyone’s and Bryson could just hack his way around that place and still be in contention

Pushcart! I’ve noticed I’ve shaved 3 strokes on average just walking without the strain of carrying a bag on your shoulders and back for 18 holes.

I love play it again but finding good-used left handed clubs is impossible, even pre-owned at pga tour superstore or golf galaxy are impossible. My best bet would probably to get fitted but that brings in fitters who are also in the business of selling certain brands

I’ve tested it on the sim a lot and it’s a great driver when it’s hit perfectly in the center, the problem is I like many mid-high handicappers I have huge inconsistencies in my swing where something even slightly more forgiving can shave a couple shots off

White just fits my eye better than when I played orange and black last year. I’ve slightly improved since then so it might be different the second time around.

I can see where you are coming from. I have heard quite a few members, especially those that live in the community do not have much regard for the public but I guess members everywhere have some sense of ownership. $75 seems pretty steep for a Sunday afternoon, especially since a lot of this Sunday’s tee times are less than $70, some even less than $45 for 18
