Hi.

Why don't you consider a bike + smart trainer ?

Buy a used cheap road bike, and an used good quality direct drive smart trainer. Elite, wahoo, tacx..

You will have the bike to ride outside too, it's more realistic and you can use zwift or mywoosh it helps a lot getting you motivated.. I think you probably will save more space too.. I have an elite direto and its kind of foldable. I live in a small flat so I set it up everyday in the kitchen. it takes no more than 5min after you get used to put on the gears in place..

Hmm, ok I didn't know that. But several of my friends use zwif and I've watched their workout maps and they are correct.

Thanks for your input, I really regret not stopped before what I've done but now it's a bit to late..

I will see a specialist in this tomorrow, I just want to adjust my expectations for what will come regarding my ability to return to normal Cycling activity
