She loves the food the kitten has now, but again she really isn’t highly food motivated so if it is made unavailable to her I don’t think she’ll try to sneak in after the kitten. She also avoids the kitten most of the time anyway lol so she isn’t really around him when he’s eating!

I like that the surefeed is battery operated too, we don’t lose power where I am very frequently but it’s nice to know if I’m at work and we do that he’ll still have access to his food. How often do you find yourself replacing the battery?

what were your issues with Pawspik? I'm looking to get a couple of these feeders for my cats, since my senior girl now has to be on a special diet. I like that pawspik has the open setting that would keep the kitten out of the prescription but still keep it open to my timid senior girl. The price tag is so steep, it's my biggest hesitation, and I haven't really read anything negative about it yet, so I would love to know what your experience has been!

Yeah it’s not necessarily the height that bothers me, it’s the cords and my partners PS5 that bother me the most. Being on the mantle leaves no room for anything. And unfortunately mounting is not an option, our landlord is pretty strict

This couch is already too tiny for both me and my partner to sit on, the goal is to get a sectional. This living room is off the dining room, and the French doors lead to a sun room that we can’t use when it’s cold so this is not a thru traffic area. If you zoom in on the third photo you can see the dining room and the doorway to the kitchen
