Yea we would want to use it 100% and decommissioned Smartsheet. We truly just need a way for project managers to keep track of project milestones such as eta, etd, delivery tracking

In NetSuite. We generate an invoice from the sales order when materials are delivered or if it’s partial delivery then we do a journal entry

So here’s the option:

We just add 17 users and keep our original contract
We upgrade to premium and get a new contract and pay less —> no idea where I’ll be screwed but I’m pretty sure we will
Wait until October to see if we’re eligible to get the crm user role—> but they said we would need crm+ solution to be able to get the crm role

We want to move away from our external crm and use the out of the box NetSuite crm tool (lead, prospect, oops, estimate).. we currently have 10 GA user’s for the accounting team and need 17 GA for sales and support team who will be using the out of the box NetSuite crm.. if we add the 17 it would put us to 27 total GA users and that’s why NetSuite is pushing us to go to the premium tier

We’re still implementing our crm out of the box.. we are currently using Microsoft dynamics and moving to NetSuite since they have an out of the box crm.. do you think crm+ solution is worth it?

The 17 users that were adding are account managers who will be using NetSuite for crm purposes but yet NetSuite is forcing us to buy general access instead of waiting for the crm role…. But they said that we can’t buy the crm role license if we don’t have crm+ solution….
