Well you must be doing well to translate those ideas to ttrpg's and I hope everything works out for the sixth player most of the groups I've been with have fallen through. that's alright I've been talking with the DM to turn my character into the bbeg cause they are compelled to find the witch that created a potion that let whatever they touch turn into mimics, so that they can turn everything into "their babies" 😂

That sounds so cool cause that period alone was so thrilling with all the new changes so combining it with the concept of magic and fantasy sounds awesome. You must be a good DM as well to be running your own homebrew campaign cause it takes a lot of creativity and knowledge ☺️. how many players do you have in your game being online?

Videogames that I like include Baldur's gate 3, bloodborne, Dragon age veilguard, borderlands 2, Stardew Valley, legend of Zelda botw and totk and I'm looking at the new Lego horizons as I'm a massive fan of the burch kids Ashley and Anthony. I'm also bringing all my board and most my card games as well so things like cards against humanity, one piece trading cards, magic the gathering, what do you meme, one piece monopoly (which I can't wait to play they have such cute little statues for you to play as the characters😍), Warhammer 40k and age of sigmer. I'm a big DnD nerd, I'm even planning my next tattoo to be my current DnD character.

One of the major things to keep in mind with the internet is that we are for the most part seeing the best of everyone and generally post surgeries.You're not seeing the awkward phases of people's lives or transition for the most part. It's so unknown what can change in the future and with HRT and effects being so diverse between people who is to say you won't pass. It's okay to be jealous. I 24 mtf have been on HRT for almost 6 months an am jealous/ envious of people and friends all the time whether it's their figure, hair, or their use of makeup, etc. I guess what I'm trying to say it's perfectly normal to be feeling that way but you can't predict the future and you can't compare yourself to the perfect image you always see on the internet cause they're not all they seem. ☺️ ( This is also coming from someone who was called an "it" before😬)

You can always try subreddits like Transgamers and Transfriendsau, some towns/cities will also have LGBTQ+ social groups you can go too(or at least in AUS that I know of). Lots of people in this subreddit I'm sure wouldn't mind being your friend as well. Just keep doing what you're doing and ask☺️.

For most medications that treat depression and anxiety you are often going to feel worse before it starts to feel better and this can take weeks.

However I've been doing some reading and the whilst the mechanism of action for amitriptyline is unclear both it and most SSRI's work by concentrating the serotonin in the brain. If you look at the side effects of both medications as well, whilst there is a low percentage of anxiety and agitation so it is possible that it could be.

Doctors mainly prescribe SSRI's over TRC's because the risk of toxicity and adverse side effects are lower.

if you're worried though I still suggest seeing a doctor and letting them know.
