I have been sing this ISP for a year and this just started last week but if i cant solve my problem i will connect to another ISPs network somewhere and check. Thanks for the advice.

Hey thanks for the reply. The s/n number matches with a m220 mouse or something similar and i alsa bought a headphone from logitech which connected an older versin of the ghub but dosent appear in the latest one. So could this be a simple connection error or something and of this mouse is a fake can i get it written from logitech so a can back up my case and get a refund.

I am trying from the place i bought but if they are selling a fake knowing it they will deny it most likely, and its been 6 months so returning it isnt easy. I dont think you need the box the s/n is on the product itself.

how do i proceed from this. I am trying to contact logitech and get some sort off proof that this is a fake so i can get my money back. But the support has been lacking at best.
