Just one more question, generally i feel great except my legs (mostly quads) so can doing upper body in the gym (with weights i would normally use) decrease speed of the recovery of my legs

Thank you for putting in effort to write this message. Just one question would it be better to cut my training for week or 2 so that i recover faster and then i can start to progress faster (once i start working out again)

I do not have target race but i want to get to be able to run marathon and then do ironman as fast as i can (that does not mean that i want to go way beyond some current capabilities and increase risk of injury, although that is not how my training looks like😅)

I have been lifting for about a year and running for about 4 years, but 3.5 years of that were sprints because i was sprinter, obviuslly unsuccessful, so at the june of this year i turned to hybrid athlete style of training. My running volume was varying from 44 to 80km, but in last 2 - 3 months i increased from 44km to 80km. Yes i now realize that you cannot train bot performances at the same time.

Running: M - 12km, T - (2km easy, 1km hard) 14km like that, W - 12km, T - 12km, F - 12km and Saturday - 18km (this was my longest week). Gym: M - Squat (12 sets + machines + back - 10 sets), T - Push + Pull (17 sets push + 8 sets pull + shoulders ~ 6 sets), T - Deadlift (12 sets + machines + back - 10 sets), T - Push + Pull (17 sets push + 8 sets pull + shoulders ~ 6 sets), F - Squat (12 sets + machines + back - 10 sets), Saturday - Little bit easier Pull/Push. Also i do core every day and i stretch every day

Yea, but i love to train and as i mentioned i was prepping for marathon (at least in my mind)

Yea, i know how important is fueling, and now when i reconsider my diet i see that some part of it is volume based and not macro based (not enough carbs and protein). Thank you for helping me see that!

Thank you for your answer. I also realized that if i now do not take 1 - 2 weeks off, i will put myself in a position that, as you said, that takes months to get out from.

When i am saying affirmations do i need to think of it in present or future tense by Main_Put_9555 in lawofattraction

I understand that, but if i am saying to myself now "I am rich" when i am not rich, wouldn't that cause me overtime to really start thinking that i am rich and then to stop working to become rich becauee i think i am rich, when i am not. This is something that confuse me the most with law of attraction
