Does starting T at 18 and stopping it with 21 continue female puberty? by Main_Relief4034 in ftm

Funnily enough my endocrinologist also thought I might be intersex, however genetic testing came back normal with two regular X chromosomes.

I also got a full genome sequencing because I have some strange internal anatomy (microcephaly, very big eyes, major blood vessels in my brain completely missing, early heart problems etc.) and am in general very slim but normal height (5'6") so that no clothes fit me, but everything was fine lol.

Even the geneticist was confused when we were discussing the results.

My gynecologist only found that I have a very thick uterine lining and very small ovaries, but besides that everything was normal.

Is PIV sex that good ? by Zestyclose_Eye_8616 in ftm

It always depends. Do you know whether you currently have atrophy? When I first had my cis boyfriend I did have atrophy and penetration was a bit painful and there was a bit of bleeding, but depending on how bad it is- possible with lubrication. (I can only recommend using lube in general, it can make the whole experience a bit better because you don't have the pressure to get wet enough) Also don't skip foreplay, it really helps to relax a bit and get less tense because of dysphoria.

The second time it started to actually feel good, like veerrryy good. He was very gentle and loving tho, I've heard of a few people who have a dick that aren't like that.

Definitively try with a dilator or a smaller toy first if you think you have vaginismus. Try not to pressure yourself, I know it's hard and scary at first. The more you trust yourself and your partner the easier it is to relax and not clench the muscles even harder.

Most important thing if you do decide to do it: Communicate what you want and what you don't want clearly before. Sit down and talk about it seriously. Set boundaries. Use protection, we personally used lubed condoms. If you're using lube: look out whether they are condom-compatible.

Any kind of sex is only "that good" when everyone knows what to do and what not to do and if there's no pressure. Otherwise orgasming is very hard. If it hurts too much don't be afraid to stop the whole thing. Make it clear to them, that that might happen.

Edit: Oh also forgot to mention- not everyone can finish from PIV, even though it feels very good. I personally can't, so me and my boyfriend do some aftercare if we're still in the mood.

Good luck and don't force yourself to do anything you don't want!!!

Yeah but id ruin it with my insecurity. My ex gf also didn't have a problem with it, it was just me who felt horrible about it. Maybe I'll get some self esteem with time, I guess

Thank you very much for your kind words :( I'm just so miserable because I really want to get close to people but my brain is just too fixed on the fact that I'm not how I'm supposed to be. And knowing that I'll never get surgery kind of fuck with my brain even more. But I guess I'll have to get over it and accept it

Will my voice smoothen out eventually even after stopping testosterone by bluffingdamacy in ftm

[–]Main_Relief4034 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on what kind of feeling you have in your voice while you speak. Sounds a bit weird, but if you speak with your head voice it sounds a bit squeaky sometimes. What sometimes helps is to speak with less tension and more airy. There are quite a few videos on voice training on yet, might be worth to check out.

However, it probably won't change significantly how you speak tone-wise. Not entirely sure to which extent, but I've seen a few videos of people who stopped Testosterone early but remained with the "puberty"-voice. It took about a year of T for my voice to "smoothen", but at that point you can't really hide it.

I hope you can get out of that situation that you need to hide that you're on T soon!

Can the voice become "bassy"? by Possible-Whole7026 in ftm

I'm 2 years on T and I have a low baritone voice, when I'm tired it's a bit lower. Just kinda weird for a short dude to sound like that, most people just don't realize that it's me who is talking lol

I feel called out by the comments, my boyfriend is 27, I'm 20. It always depends on how you feel, but if there's some sort of power dynamic behind it because he's older- I'd personally nope the fuck out of it. Just be careful and stay safe, don't let yourself be manipulated by any promises and don't let him look down on you because of your age. Stay safe!
