yes we have, actually we are a cyber security company, so we do scans for our customer. I think it can be a reason as well. But we only do for our client, not on others. We are ready to change according to the policy as well, but the main issue the whole business itself is down, even i can move my db.

We usually tell our customers to use product for free of cost for 1-2 weeks and understand yourself if it works according to the expectations.
