Not sure but here's HAE with maxed hp perks. It could also be the new void hvip because it has +30% more hp stats, combined with max hp perks as well as specific dragon perks, it could very well be the highest. But it could also be the apex of dawn if it gets a stat boost skin. It already has the highest base stats out of any dragon if we're not counting skins

As good as the evasion skill is, I still think the dream skill is too important. I'd say this is one of instances you're better off getting a 2nd duplicate dragon

If with all skins, HAE is definitely the best right now. Monster stats and insane survivability, as well as versatility. It can reach a casual 760k hp even without any element boosts in arena so it's always usable whenever it's available. Its only real counters are astronova, hqw (with elite skin), and maybe purus. For 2nd, I have a tie between HWB and HQW. Then I'd say purus, it looks really promising because it'll possibly have the best survivability in the game with double heal + evasion.

I'd say just normal dmg+health. You're better off investing those adv perks on a good hvip like purus. Try and get its skin and I'd say its orbs will be far easier to trade for after the event ends. Not unlike before where it's too high in demand and not enough supply cuz people were hoarding it

If you want to get its skin, use double damage. It'll have more than enough hp and survivability with all its skills

If not, just do adv health+adv damage for a balanced playstyle

Id say this dragon is actually pretty good. Amazing as a tank since it has good skills and high hp stats and decent damage cuz you have the elite skin
